Manipulator
EAF oxygen-blowing technology is one of the most important method to contribute EAF smelting. Considering the tough working condition,unsafety, low efficiency of blowing by labor. Manipulator technology is developed, Anssen manipulator’s main advantage :
· High efficiency: using manipulator can reduce smelting time by 15~35 minutes;
· Cost saving: saving lance pipe by 80~90%, electricity reduced by 30~50 KW/H per ton of steel; saving electrodes 0,5~1,5 kg/ton, saving oxygen 4-6 Nm3 per ton of steel.
